ceiling fail

i just have to laugh about it all. isn't there a movie about an old house falling down around the owners...is it called MONEYPIT? maybe i need to watch that...

Back in the 80's when I was in a rental, my kitchen ceiling fell down. We saw the cracking begin and had just enough time to rescue Thanksgiving Dinner. Whew. I agree with you and Marnie, all houses are money pits in one way or another. Glad it wasn't any worse than this.

Laughing is better than crying. Maybe the insurance will take such good care of you that you'll be able to do something exciting that you've been wanting to do at home.
